The Honourable P.O is on casual leave. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Suhendar Kumar Advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01. Ghulam Mustafa son of Beer Khan Chandio, 02. Karim Bux son of Ghulam Mustafa Chandio, in crime No.04/2024 Gaibi Dero for offence under section 302, 364, 114, 34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Rupees Two Lac) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kamber. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 22.01.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished their required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
