This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhamamd Azam Hullio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Ali Akbar son of Ghulam Hussain, 02-Sultan @ Sultan Ahmed son of Ghulam Hussain both by ycaste Chandio in Crime No.88/2026 of PP Derra PS Nasirabad for offence U/S 302,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Rupees two lac) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. . Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kamber.Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 15.06.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished their required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
