Sessions case No. 710/2015 is taken up in open Court. Accused Jumo and Yousif are produced in custody from District Prison and Correctional Facility Shikarpur. Rest of accused have already been declared as P.O. Learned DDPP, learned counsel for complainant Mr. Achar Khan Gabol and Mr. Shahbaz Ali Brohi learned counsel for accused are present. Both the learned counsel for the parties advanced their final arguments. Judgment passed and pronounced in open Court on separate sheet of CFMS DC at Exh. 31. The prosecution has successfully has proved its case against the accused beyond any reasonable doubt. Therefore, both the accused are hereby convicted under section 265-H(2) Cr.PC and sentenced to suffer life imprisonment with compensation of Rs. 200,000/- each to be paid by them to the LRs of deceased, failing which they shall further suffer SI for six months. The benefit under section 382-B Cr.PC is awarded to accused while their remaining in prison as UTP. They are produced in custody, sent back to concerned prison authority with conviction warrant to serve out the sentences as awarded to accused.
