This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Ashique Ali Jatoi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Imran @ Imran Ali son of Muhammad Ramzan, 02-Siraj @ Siraj Ahmed son of Arbab @ Arbab Ali both by caste Panhawar in Crime No.89/2026 of PS Nasirabad for offence U/S 337-Ai,Fi,506/2,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 12.06.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished their required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
