The titled suit has been transferred from the Hon,ble High Court of Sindh Karachi consequent enactment in Civil suit. Plaintiff and his counsel are present. Advocate for the defendant No.1 is also present. Order passed on order sheet. The counsel for the defendant No.2 alongwith defendant No.2 is attendance. The defendant No.2 side did not get the process issued for the said application upon defendant No.1. The counsel for defendant No.2 stated that the titled suit is already fixed for hearing on 08.12.2025. It has also been pointed out by the Reader of the Court that another Civil suit No.7209/2025 is fixed on the same date, and the titled suit is tagged with it. The counsel for the defendant No.2 did not press the said application for ante-dating and made a note to that effect on the memo of the application. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the defendant No.2, the application for ante-date is disposed of accordingly. Since, matter is already fixed for 08.12.2025, it shall remain on the same date. |
