This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Noorullah Rind advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Altaf Hussain son of Ghulam Qadir Kaheri, 02-Noor Muhammad son of Imdad ali Kalhori, 03-Lal Muhammad son of Suhno Khan Rahoojo in Crime No.154/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 322 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Rupees two lac) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 10.06.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused Altaf Hussain Kaheri and Noor Muhammad Kalhoro have furnished their required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court.
