22-09-2026. Matter called. It is fixed for evidence of remaining witnesses of plaintiff side with direction to plaintiff side to deposit cost for issuance summons to their own witness. Matter called repeatedly at different intervals since morning, it is 12:50 P.M but neither the learned counsel for plaintiff appeared nor the cost deposited for issuing summons to their own witness to plaintiff side, the plaintiff No.01 (c) Muhammad Shahid present in the court, upon inquiry, disclosed his unawareness regarding whereabouts of his counsel. This lethargic conduct of plaintiff side is not worth appreciating rather reveals that plaintiff side has no interest in their own matter. Learned counsel for the defendant No.01 is present in the court. Virtue of aforesaid position, evidence side of the plaintiff is hereby closed.
