Today applicant namely Khuda Bux Veeso by caste Soomro, R/o village Amarno, Taluka Diplo appeared and filed application against Muhammad Arib Soomro and four others regarding removal of illegal Encroachment, Recovery of Allocated plot, Protection from Harrasment and legal action against the encroachers. Order passed on it. Preliminary detailed order passed on separate sheet. As per order, S.H.O P.S Diplo is directed to obtain/execute personal bond worth of Rs-200000/two Lac from each private respondents No: 01 to 04, for keeping the peace and maintain public tranquility till further order, with directions not to make any hindrance or disturb the peace and create tranquility or disturb the possession of applicant (Khuda Bux S/o Veeso Soomro) over plot Jiryan No: 98 area 4500 square Feet and Plot Jiryan No: 89 area 500 square feet situated in village Amarno, Deh sadhoi, Taluka Diplo District Tharparkar. S.H.O P.S Diplo and Mukhtiarkar Diplo are also directed to remove the illegal occupation and encroachments from the applicant's allotted property and the blocked streets of applicant. Further in case of violation with regard above direction duly promulgate to executants, bond amount shall be recovered from executants, as well other legal proceedings will also be initiated. Parties are required to submit their further claim in respect of possession of property in question along with written statement for the purpose of inquiry as contemplated under section 145, Cr.P.C on next date of hearing. Moreover S.H.O P.S Diplo and Mukhtiarkar Diplo also directed to submit their report in respect of above matter. Issue notice to private respondents.
