This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Gopnag advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Muhib @ Gul Hassan son of Taaj Muhammad, 02-Shaman @ Arbelo Khan son of Muhammad Ali @ Murad Ali, 03-Irfan @ Irfan Ali son of Muhib @ Gul Hassan, 04-Ali Hassan son of Taj Muhammad, 05-Manzoor son of Bahadur, 06-Imran @ Ali Jan son of Ali Hassan @ Gul Hassan all by case Gopnag in Crime No.157/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 337-Fii,Ai,337-Hii,506/2,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kamber. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 08.06.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished their required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
