Judgment passed and announced in open Court at Ex.9 that accused Hussain Bux son of Sikandar Ali Lashari is convicted u/s 265 H(ii) Cr.PC for committing an offence punishable under section 23 (i)(a) of Sindh Arms Act,2013. He is sentenced to the period already undergone in custody and is further directed to pay a fine of Rs.300/-. In the event of default in payment of fine, he shall undergo simple imprisonment for two days. He is present on bail and his bail bonds stand cancelled and surety is discharged. A certified copy of Judgement supplied to convict free of cost and such receipt obtained from him at Ex.10. The accused deposited the required fine amount. |
