Case called. Accused is present in custody produced by District Prison SBA while his counsel Mr. Ayaz Mallah called absent. Learned ADPP is present on behalf of State. Accused filed an application wherein he voluntarily pleaded his guilt, such application kept on record at Exh.1, showcause notice issued to accused at Exh.2, his reply taken on record at Exh.3. Order passed and announced in open Court. Accused is convicted under Section 243 Cr.PC for the period viz. one month and nine days, he remained in jail. He is also fined Rs.1000/- in case of failure to deposit fine amount, he shall suffer simple imprisonment for two months. Let such conviction slip be issued accordingly. |
