The rest of accused have already been declared proclaimed offenders. DDPP is present. Surety of accused Muhammad Yaqoob has been penalized for entire amount to be deposited as directed to Accountant District and Sessions Court Ghotki to encash the special savings certificates and to be deposited in relevant head of the government account after expiry period of 30 days. The said period has been expired on 24.11.2025. Reader of this court is directed to make compliance of this order. Surety Fyaz Ahmed has also put his appearance and fled application that he has no objection if his entire amount is deposited. NBW of accused Muhammad Yaqoob is returned unexecuted by HC Nazeer Ahmed Chachar of P.S Adilpur with endorsement that he strived his best but accused has absconded to some unknown place and his whereabouts is not known to anybody and his appearance in nearby is not possible. In this regard he recorded statements of two nek mards Sadam Hussain and Nizamuddin. The statement of HC Nazeer Ahmed Chachar is recorded at Ex.07, he produced NBW, his endorsement, statements of two nek mards, their PS copies of CNICs and relevant entry of police station at Ex.07/A to 07/H. In view of the statement and having been satisfied accused Muhammad Yaqoob is hereby declared as absconder. Let proclamation under section 87/88 Cr.PC be issued through quarter concerned as well as his CNIC is ordered to be blocked from NADRA.
