Case called. Learned counsels for the both parties were present. Applicant was also present. Learned counsel for respondent filed application for adjournment filing CA on application for interim custody of the minor for a week on Eid-ul-Adha, 2026. Order passed on it. Allowed in the interest of justice while order on application u/s. 12 of G&W passed on separate sheet. Instant application in hand is allowed to the extent that custody of minors is allowed to applicant on every Sunday for 03 hours from 03:00 pm to 06:00 pm at Lucky One Mall, Karachi subject to furnishing P.R Bond in sum of Rs.10,00,000/- by applicant. Bailiff is hereby appointed as Commissioner for smooth handing over of custody of minors and respondent shall restore custody of minors at stipulated time in accordance with law. Applicant shall pay Rs. 1500/- for each meeting as Commissioner fee to bailiff and Rs. 1500/- to respondent as conveyance charges.
