Case called. All accused are present on bail. Complainant and all private P.Ws/injured are present. Mr. Perma Nand Learned Adv for complainant is present. ASI Sawan Mal of PS Diplo appeared and submitted final challan for the offence U/S 506(ii), 147, 148, 149, 504, 114, 337-A(iv), A(i), F(i), L(ii) PPC against all accused persons. Order passed on challan sheet. Final challan accepted, cognizance taken against all accused. Register the case. Photo stat copies of police documents supplied to accused at Exh.01. At this stage complainant & injured P.Ws, as well as accused persons joinly submitted application U/S 345(2) CrPC for grant permission to compromise the case at Exh.2. Notice was given to learned ADPP for State. Order U/S 345(ii) Cr.P.C passed at Exh.03. Permission is allowed. Thereafter, both parties filed application to compromise of case U/S 345(6) Cr.P.C at Exh.04 along with affidavits of complainant & injured P.Ws. Heard and perused. Order passed at Exh.05, and announced in open Court, as per order, compromise between the parties is accepted, and all accused are acquitted U/S 345(6) Cr.P.C, their bail bonds stand cancelled and surety discharged. |
