The instant application has been allowed with directions to the Deputy Inspector General of Police Shaheed Benazirabad Range @ Nawabshah to depute any honest and impartial Investigation Officer of DSP rank from any district other than district Sanghar to take over the investigation of Crime No. 30/2026, U/S 302, 201 PPC of P.S Jhol. The appointed officer shall conduct the investigation independently, diligently, and in accordance with law, ensuring proper inquiry into all aspects of the case, including those pointed out by the applicant, if required. The concerned officer shall carry out the investigation without undue delay and shall submit the complete investigation report under Section 173 Cr.P.C to the competent Court for further proceedings. The application stands disposed of in the above terms. Copy of this order be sent to DIG of police Shaheed Benazirabad Ranae @ Nawabshah for information and compliance. |
