Criminal Bail Application called. Accused/applicant called absent. Counsel for accused/applicant is present. Learned D.D.P.P is present. Repeated calls made and sufficient time was given, however accused/applicant repeatedly called absent. It appears that the accused/applicant is no more interested in pursuing the matter.
