Statement of alleged detenue namely Mst: Amna is recorded. As per statement of alleged detenue she wants to go and reside with her husband/respondent No.1. Arguments heard from both side. Amna being sui juris lady cannot be compelled/forced against her wishes to join her mother, thus, she is set at liberty to go with her husband/respondent No.1 as desires.
