The record suggests that the present direct complaint was registered against ten accused vide order dated 19.09.2024 and cognizance against the present accused were taken by the court U/s 302, 397, 342, 114, 147, 148, 149 PPC. Thereafter, NBW were issued. Only seven accused are attending the court after submission of their sureties and three remaining accused are continuously called absent.
