Case called. The accused are present except accused Ali Dad, Khalid Hussain and Lakhmir. Their counsel are called absent. The complainant lady Mst. Shaharbano is present along with her counsel. The record suggests that the present direct complaint was registered against ten accused vide order dated 19.09.2024 and cognizance against the present accused were taken by the court U/s 302, 397, 342, 114, 147, 148, 149 PPC. Thereafter, NBW were issued. Only seven accused are attending the court after submission of their sureties and three remaining accused are continuously called absent.
