Notice to DDPP for the state, notice waived by DDPP and same application brought on record at Ex.27. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open Court at Ex.28 that accused Imdad Ali son of Bajhi Khan Jagirani is acquitted u/s 265-K Cr.PC. He is produced in custody through video link, an acquittal intimation be issued with direction to jail authorities to release the accused forthwith in this case only and if he is not required in any other case. |
