Suit called. Learned counsel for plaintiff is present. Today the instant matter is fixed for service upon defendants. Summons returned. The statement of bailiff is recorded record at Ex------------09 wherein he produced report at Ex--------09/A duly signed by the then bailiff stating therein that in compliance of Court orders the then bailiff visited the given address of defendants Nos. 01 to 04 where met defendant No. 04 who received his notice along with copy of plaint so also received the notice on behalf of defendants Nos. 01 to 03 and gave such receiving. He also visited the given address of defendants Nos. 05 to 09 where met defendant No. 05 who received his notice along with copy of plaint as well as received the notice on behalf of defendants Nos. 06 to 09 and gave such receiving. He also visited the office of official defendants Nos. 10 to 12 and got received the notice to their respective office clerks and obtained such receiving/signature as well as official stamp affixed on it. In compliance of the notice served, Order passed on separate sheet at Ex----------10. Mr. Riaz Ali, Advocate appeared and filed an undertaking/statement that he would file Vakalatnama on behalf of all private defendant on the next date of hearing. Such undertaking/statement is kept on record at Ex-----------11. The clerk of the office of the defendant No. 11 (Mukhtiarkar Revenue Taluka Saeedabad) appeared and submitted an adjournment application at Ex-----------12. One Israr Ahmed, Daftari of office of the Sub Registrar Hala appeared and filed written statement on behalf of defendant No. 10 (Sub Registrar Hala) which is kept on record at Ex------------13. Learned DDA made her appearance and filed memo of appearance on behalf of the official defendants Nos. 10 to 13 at Ex----------14. In view of the above service upon the defendants Nos. 01 to 13 is declared sufficient and the same is treated as good service for the purpose of further proceedings.
