The Honourable P.O is on casual leave. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Zaheer Hussain Khuhawar, on behalf of applicant/accused Nazir Ahmed son of Ahmed by caste Brohi in Crime No.26/2026 of PS Gaji Khuhawar for offence U/S 452,506/2,337-Hii,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court.
