R&Ps received from the court of Honourable District & Sessions Judge, Dadu by way of transfer. Case called. Accused 1.Manthar, 2.Umar, 3.Zafar, 4.Ibraheem, 5.Wahab, 6.Ghafoor, 7.Arbab, 8.Haneef, 9.Manzoor, 10,Gulab, 11.Jamait Ali and 12 Mst. Imamzadi are called absent. The case is fixed for recording of evidence u/s 512 Cr.P.C. Learned APG for the state is present and submitted statement for case kept on dormant. Heard. Order passed and announced in open court. The case against above named all accused is kept on dormant file. Let the perpetual warrants be issued against them through high-ups of the concerned police with directions that such report be submitted regarding their arrest or otherwise. So also let correspondence be made for blocking their CNICs, Passports, Bank accounts and Mobile SIMs etc including attachment of their moveable and immoveable properties in view of order of Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana dated:14.10.2015 in the Constitution Petition No-S 618/2012 filed by Nasrullah Domki & others.
