This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Nazir Ahmed Chandio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Yaseen @ Yaseen son of Noor Ahmed, 02-Zubair @ Muhammad Zubair son of Muhammad Ayoub, 03-Ali Ahmed son of Ali Murad all by caste Chandio in Crime No.106/2026 of PP Saddar PS Kamber City for offence U/S 324,337-Hii,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 08.06.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused 01-Yaseen @ Yaseen Ahmed, 02-Zubair @ Muhammad Zubair have furnished their required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. While applicant/accused Ali Ahmed Chandio has not furnish the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
