This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has filed by Mr. Asad Ali Buledi advocate on behalf of applicant Rasheed son of Abdul Fattah by caste Chandio against SHO PS Waggan & others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Saeed Ahmed Shaikh the learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Nasirabad is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Waggan and its premises and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainees, he to release him on P.R bond and direct him to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 21.04.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
