Mr. Abdul Hameed Chachar advocate filed an application u/s 265-K Cr.PC on behalf of accused Gulsher. Order. Notice to DDPP for the state, notice waived by DDPP and same application brought on record at Ex.8. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open Court at Ex.9 that accused Gulsher son of Badlo @ Ali Madad @ Jafferi is hereby acquitted u/s 265-K Cr.PC. He is produced in custody through video link, such acquittal intimation be issued immediately with direction to jail authorities to release the accused from custody forthwith in this case only and if he is not required in any other case. Case against absconding accused be kept on dormant file, till their arrest or surrender before the Court. |
