Today case called. Accused Aijaz Ali Mahar is not produced by District Prison Shikarpur. Due to non-submissions of CNIC number of accused Aijaz case could not be sent up to the Honourbale District and Sessions Court Shikarpur. ASI-IO Touheed Ahmed Memon of PS Lakhi appeared and submitted NIC number of accused Aijaz Ali Mahar. Since all formalities have been completed and section: 9(i) (3) (C) CNS Act 2024 is exclusively triable by the Honourable Sessions Court, therefore Office is directed to sentup the R&Ps to the Honourable District & Sessions Judge Shikarpur. Case put off to: 12-08-2026 for sent up. The Superintendent District Prison Shikarpur is directed to be produced accused on next date before Honourbale District and Sessions Court Shikarpur.
