Case called. Both accused persons namely Ali Hasan and Mir Hassan are present on bail. Learned ADPP is present. Today case is fixed for Charge. Charge framed against both accused persons at Exh.02, their plea were also recorded at Exh.02/A & Exh.02/B respectively, in which they are pleaded guilty. Accused Ali Hassan and Mir Hassan have jointly submitted application for admits the commission of offence alongwith their affidavits at Exh.03. Order passed on it. Let show cause notice be issued to the both accused. Show cause notice were issued to both accused persons at Exh.04. Thereafter, both accused persons have separately submitted their reply of Show Cause notices at Exh.05 & Exh.05/A respectively. Order passed thereon. File. Order announced in open court at Exh.06. Both accused persons namely Ali Hassan & Mir Hassan are convicted u/s 243 Cr.P.C. for an offence under section 279 PPC and sentenced to Simple imprisonment till rising of the Court and with fine of Rs.3,000/- each in default of payment of fine to undergo for further S.I for 03 days. Both accused persons namely Ali Hassan and Mir Hassan are on bail, their bail bond stands cancelled and sureties discharged. |
