He has filed statement that the D.H No. 6 filed suit 6473/2005 and interevenor has filed suit 7016/2025against each other on same cause of action therefore D.H counsel stated that the proceeding of 12[2] be sine die till referrethe mater on other hand J.D furnished his written objection and stated that no doubt both suite are pending but his key of 12[2] quite different and JD did not shown his agreement/ contents of agreement on statement and the arguments of D.H Heard both counsel and perusal of record. I satisfy that consent the JD to be proceed on the according with law. Applicant is present in person a/w his counsel who seeking time and stated that applicant/landlord engaged him as counsel in two cases bearing R.C No.65/2014 and 67/2014 while in other case bearing R.C No.62/2014, 63/2014, 64/2014 and 66/2014 are also on the same position hence he requested for a date so the applicant may be able to proceed all cases together.
