The complainant, his witness Saddam Hussain and Mr.Ali Raza Kalwar counsel for complainant are present. Accused Abdul Rasheed, Shabeer, Akbar and Jamal alias Kalan are present on surety bonds. Their counsel and State counsel are also present. SHO Police Station Khanpur Mahar and Mukhtiarkar Revenue Taluka Khangarh, despite direction did not attend the Court. Mukhtiarkar Taluka Khangarh Abdul Sami Gujjar authorized the clerk of his office Mr.Ihssan Ali Mahar and he on his behalf furnished detailed reply along with the copy of Supreme Court of Pakistan whereby accused Abdul Rasheed said to have challenged order dated 08.09.2025 passed by High Court of Sindh, Bench at Sukkur in criminal revision application No.62/2025 whereby order passed by this Court on application under section 7 of Illegal Dispossession Act dismissing said application was set-aside and the possession of subject property was directed to be handed over to the complainant till the material is brought forwarded as to any conclusion. However, in detailed report Mukhtiarkar Khangarh has requested for grant of time on the ground that the complainant has brought ???stranger??? persons at the site hence his team returned back due to apprehension of bloodshed. In reply he has further submitted that complainant has received grant of land from Estate wherein the allotment has been made in Blocks format from a large U.A number rather than through survey numbers. This has created genuine difficulty for the revenue team in determining the precise location of the Blocks allocated to the complainant. It is therefore respectfully requested that a competent team from Survey Superintendent Khairpur be attached with him for identification and demarcate the actual location of the complainant???s blocks, so that smooth handing over the possession of property may take place and the complainant???s claim regarding ownership of shops or property may be properly justified in accordance with law. Taking into account, the directives of Honourable High Court of Sindh, Bench at Sukkur and request of Mukhtiarkar Revenue Khangarh at Khanpur Mahar in his reply, hence forth Survey Superintendent Khairpur is directed to be attached with Mukhtiarkar Revenue Khangarh at Khanpur Mahar for smooth handing over possession of the property to take place. Office for its strict compliance with direction to Deputy Commissioner Ghotki at Mirpur Mathelo, SSP Ghotki at Mirpur Mathelo and Deputy Commissioner Khairpur through Mukhtiarkar Taluka Khangarh at Khanpur Mahar, SHO Police Station Khanpur Mahar and Survey Superintendent Khairpur till next date of hearing.
