Bail application called. Mr.Hemoon Bheel, learned advocate for applicant/accused is present. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Case papers received from SHO PS Mithi. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open court, whereby bail application is allowed subject to furnishng solvent surety in the sum of Rs:30,000/-(Thirty thousand) with PR bond in the like amount. One surety namely Bherji son of Pehlaj by caste Bheel, r/o, Meva Colony Mithi, Taluka Mithi, appeared and filed affidavit to stand as surety of accused Ladho @ Narsingh. He/surety produced three original DSCs of Rs. 10,000/- each total amount of Rs.30,000/-. Order passed thereon. The Surety is accepted along with PR bond in like amount.
