Case Called. Accused Asadullah, Bilawal and Hassnain are shown as absconders, ADPP present. Proclamation u/s 87/88 Cr.P.C issued against the absconding accused. The proclamation u/s 87 Cr.P.C is returned with the endorsement of process server that he has completed all the codal formalties as envisaged u/s 87 Cr.P.C, such statement of process server recorded at Ex. No. 02, proclamation u/s 87 Cr.P.C and mashirnama produced at Ex. No. 02/A and 02/B. Order on it.
