Let succession certificate in favour of petitioner may be issued subject to furnishing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.30,00,000/- (Thirty lacs) with direction petitioner to collect the amount from concerned NHMP department and distribute the same among legal heirs of deceased as per their shares and deposited the share of minor respondents No.2 to 05 before Accountant, District Court Shikarpur. Accountant, District court Shikarpur is further directed to invest the shares of minor/respondents No.2 to 5 in most profitable scheme of financial institution run by Government till they attain the age of majority and minors shall receive their shares from Accountant District Court Shikarpur. The petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs. Petitioner is directed to submit compliance report within 30 days after issuance of succession certificate. Announced in open court |
