This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has filed by Mr. Razi Khan Chandio advocate on behalf of applicant Peeral son of Abdul Khalique by caste Pahore against SHO PS CIA Kamber & others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Syed Imran Imam zaidi the learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-II, Kamber is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS CIA Kamber and its premises and recover the alleged detainees, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainees, they to release them on P.R bond and direct them to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 20.04.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
