After registration of FIR U/S 6/7 Anti-terrorist Act 1995 including other sections of PPC, the charge sheet was submitted before the Court of Honorable Judge ATC Naushahro Feroze, wherein formal charge was framed u/s 123-A,124-A, 125-A and 341 PPC r/w section 6/7 ATA, 1995, and evidence of some of the the PWs was recorded. Thereafter Honorable Anti-Terrorism Court Naushahro Feroze vide its order dated 23-08-2025 transferred the case to Honourable District & Sessions Judge, Dadu on the ground that offence does not constitute the schedule offence under Anti-terrorism Act. Since as per order of Honourable Anti-terrorism Court Naushahro Feroze, sections 6/7 ATA are not attractive and this court is also an ordinary court hence the charge needs to be altered/amended in respect of sections under provision of ATA in order to initiate the ordinary trial of the case.
