P.C has filed by Mr. Shafi Muhammad Khoso Advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Zahid son of Abdul Latif Khoso, in crime No.84/2023 PS Qubo Saeed Khan for offence under section 302, 395, 114, 148-149 PPC. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Rupees two Lac) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot.
