P.O is on casual leave. Sessions case called. Accused Rasool Bux is produced in custody by J/A as he confined in another matter bearing crime No. 82/2025 of P.S Mullakatiar. Accused Sajjad @ Shano is also produced in custody by J/A. Accused Bilal @ Baro, Kazim Ali & Ghulam Nabi are absconders. Previously case was fixed for evidence but after the submission of supplementary challan of accused Sajjad @ Shano the stage of case was changed to supply of Police papers to accused Sajjad @ Shano. Today copies of police papers is also supplied to accused Sajjad @ Shano. Matter is adjourned. Put off to 15.12.2025. FOR AMENDED CHARGE. Accused Rasool Bux and Sajjad @ Shano are remanded back to J/A with direction to produce them on next date of hearing. |
