This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Zamir Hussain Solangi advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Abdul Fattah son of Faiz Muhammad Khuhawar in Crime No.10/2026 of PS Mahi Makool for offence U/S 353,225,147,148 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 25.05.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
