Record shows that the office has again issued summons to the M.O inspite of the fact that the court has already given specific directions for service to M.O through M.S of the concerned hospital, but again and again office/C.O.C is performing functions and signs the process intentionally against the directions of law, which shows his clear negligence and careless in performance of his official duty assigned to him under the law. C.O.C is bound to perform or obey lawfull orders/directions passed by the court, but he is acting in opposite directions of the directives of this court, for reasons best known to him, therefore, he is once again strictly prohibited from acting against or omitting the specific directions of this court or else he should keep in mind that report shall be sent to the Honorable District and Sessions Judge Sukkur.
