Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Khalid Hussain the learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-I, Warrah is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Waggan and its premises and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release him on P.R bond and direct him to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 16.04.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
