Since, this main case and connected Sessions Case No.521/2024 registered against accused Ayaz Jamali vide crime No. 15/2024 under section 25 SAA 2013 at P.S Phulji Village, Sessions Case No.522/2024 registered against accused Mohabat Jamali vide crime No. 16/2024 under section 25 SAA 2013 at P.S Phulji Village and Sessions Case No.523/2024 registered against accused Huzoor Bux Jamali vide crime No. 17/2024 under section 25 SAA 2013 at P.S Phulji Village, were amalgamated to proceed jointly vide order dated 11.11.2024 and in result thereof a joint charge was framed in all four cases. However, now due to disposal of this main case on compromise basis, the offshoot cases shall proceed separately against the accused Ayaz, Huzoor Bux and Mohabat as per law after framing charge in such cases. Office shall keep the copy of this order in Sessions Cases No.521/2024, 522/2024 and 523/2024. Before parting with this order, it is also to mention there that despite issuance of repeated Memos/letters, the SHO Police Station Phulji Village has failed to submit report in respect of legal heirs of deceased Allan, therefore, office is directed to send report against SHO Police Station Phulji Village (Gulzar Ahmed Khushik) to the SSP Dadu for taking departmental action against him. The SSP Dadu shall submit report compliance within 15 days of receipt of order of this Court. The case against above named proclaimed offenders shall be kept on dormant file till their arrest/appearance. The proceedings against proclaimed offenders be initiated in view of Nasrullah???s Case reported in PLD 2016 Sindh 238.
