This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Ashique Ali Jatoi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Dhingano @ Kuraro son of Qurban Lashari, 02-Dilber @ Khoso son of Habi Tunio in Crime No.47/2026 of PS Warrah for offence U/S 324,458,337-Hii,506/2,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 02.06.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused Dilber @ Khoso Tunio has furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. While applicant/accused Dhingano @ Kuraro has not furnith the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
