Case called. The accused Abdul Mannan has jumped the bail. NBWs were issued against him, but the same returned un-executed. Thereafter the proceedings under section 87 & 88 Cr.P.C, was initiated, but the same were also returned un-executed. There is no immediate prospect of arrest of accused in near future. There is no any moveable and immovable property of the absconding accused. Order passed on separate sheet.
