Mr. Anees Ahmed Bhayo advocate filed an application u/s 265-K Cr.PC on behalf of accused Ghousal. Order. Notice to DDPP for the state, notice waived by DDPP and same application brought on record at Ex.22. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open Court at Ex.23 that accused Ghousal son of Noor Hassan Bhayo is acquitted u/s 265-K Cr.PC. He is produced in custody through video link, such acquittal intimation be issued immediately with direction to jail authorities to release the accused from custody forthwith in this case only and if he is not required in any other case. |
