Summary called.ADPP and complainant are present. Complainant appeared in person and filed application that he is satisfy with investigation and further mentioned that he has no objection if court dispose off FIR in C class. In view of application filed by complainant, I am of the humble opinion that this is fit case for disposal under ???C??? Class. Thus final report is here by approved under ???C??? Class.
