Bail application called. Mr. Noor Muhammad, learned advocate for applicant/accused is present. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Case papers received. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open court, whereby bail application is allowed subject to furnishng solvent surety in the sum of Rs:10000/-(Ten thousand) with PR bond in the like amount. One surety namely Chaman lal s/o Vasu mal by caste Lohana, r/o, Lohana Mohalla Mithi, Taluka Mithi, appeared and filed affidavit to stand as surety of accused Kanaya lal. He/surety produced one original SSC No. GC-765977(Ten thousand). Order passed therereon. The Surety is accepted along with PR bond in like amount. Let surety documents be sent for verification and mortgage. Issue Release Writ of accused Kanaya lal. |
