The criminal case was called. The accused, Muhammad Saleem Akhtar, is present on bail. Early in the morning, the counsel for the accused marked his attendance and left the court to attend and mark his attendance in other cases. The learned ADPP for the State and the complainant are also present. On second call this matter could not proceeded due to fixation of other cases around such time. The counsel for the complainant suggested next date of hearing, i.e. 04.02.2026 and time as 10:00 AM. Thereafter, the counsel for the accused reappeared and requested that, as he is scheduled to be in the Honorable High Court of Sindh on that date, the time be changed to 12:00 noon. Hence to avoid a conflict the date of choice is given to complainant side as 04.02.2026 however time is fixed as 12:00 noon. Present accused is directed to attend.
