Case called. Today mater fixed for the hearing of application filed by the intervener namely Shahid Khan. Learned counsel for the D.H present and he stated that matter may be sine die on basis of Civil suit No. 752/2009 pending b/w the same parties on same issue. Statement kept on record. the adjudication b/w the same parties in civil suit and rent case is quit different. Therefore both parties are directed to argue on the application. For he perusal of record shows that the D.H is debarred from the filling of objection on application filed by the Shahid Khan. I heard the counsel for interverner. The D.H is directed to argue the application on the next date without fail as last and final chance. Let the matter be fixed on 04-02-2026 for hearing of application U/O 12 Rule [2] by the DH and defendant. |

Applicant is present in person a/w his counsel who seeking time and stated that applicant/landlord engaged him as counsel in two cases bearing R.C No.65/2014 and 67/2014 while in other case bearing R.C No.62/2014, 63/2014, 64/2014 and 66/2014 are also on the same position hence he requested for a date so the applicant may be able to proceed all cases together.
