This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Sarfraz Ahmed Chandio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Kamran @ Kalan @ Kalo son of Nisar Ahmed @ Sanbhio Khan, 02-Nisar Ahmed @ Sanbho Khan son of Roshan Ali in Crime No.80/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 337-Fii,506/2,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 22.05.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
