Sessions case called. Accused Sathi Jatoi is declared proclaimed offender. I/C DPP for the state is present and filed statement for for keeping the case on dormant file. Statement kept on record at Ex. 05. Order passed and announced in open court. The case is kept on dormant file till arrest/appearance of accused. The Police Station Waleed is directed to continue his efforts to arrest the proclaimed offender and produce him for pacing trial in the light of order dated 14.10. 2015 passed by Honourable High court of Sindh, Circuit court, Larkana reported in PLD 2016 Sindh 238(Re-Nasrullah Vs.
