This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Ashique Ali Jatoi Advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Khalid Hussain @ Khalid Ahmed son of Dur Muhammad Kartio, in crime No.49/2025 PS Drigh for offence under section 506/2, 34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
